Melanoma Detector
A machine learning-based classifier designed to identify cancerous skin lesions with high accuracy. The project uses a dataset of dermoscopic images, preprocessing with OpenCV, and a TensorFlow model for classification. Achieved a sensitivity of 92% on test data.

Application of Machine Learning Methods for Quantitative Profiling of Immune Response in Histopathological Images of Lung Adenocarcinoma
A scientific research project conducted under the supervision of Professor Arkadiusz Giertych as part of the BioSoft Scientific Circle. The project focused on the clinical detection of histopathological changes in lung adenocarcinoma using machine learning methods. Developed algorithms in Python and MATLAB were applied for quantitative profiling of immune response in histopathological images.
